Competition win - Sub-prefecture of Palaiseau

ALTERNATIVE wins the competition for the construction of the new sub-prefecture of Palaiseau on the Saclay plateau, with MARS Architects as acoustic consultant in the team.

This new operation will take place in the École Polytechnique ZAC near the new metro line 18 and the TCSP transit line.

The acoustic issues of the operation lies in the establishment of optimal working conditions for the users with the preservation of an increased confidentiality between spaces, and the control of the acoustic comfort for the reception of the public.
